• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

For those that sold their Spyder

My 2009 SE5 spyder has 7500 miles and has been trouble free for the most part. I always had an uncomfortable feeling that something can go wrong and therefore never drove it more than a 100 miles or so away from home. Some of this feeling comes reading posts like this one and many many others...

    Corbin Contact

dissapointing I too spent 1500 last year for seats, glovebox etc. Dealing with Corbin was certainly a challange. I am about to order seats for my new ride, but I am steering away from Corbin as I feel I need to give my money to someone who cares about customer service. Good luck

    Ideas for next Owners Event

Love this idea. I think most of us like the outdoors for such an event. A metropolitan area such as Chicago NY and LA are way too congested for such an event. Smylinacha's idea is a great one.

    My new ride

Hi everyone. I love my spyder and I feel it was getting to lonley sitting in the garage all by itself. Saturday, went to an event sponsered by my Spyder dealer who is also an HD dealer. I fell in love with another toy which I thought would make a good company for my Spyder so here is what I...

Do you let anyone else drive your Spyder?

Hate to be selfish, but those who know how much I care about my spyder shouldnt even think of asking to ride mine. One did ask anyway and hated to be rude, but told him, he would be better off riding at a dealers parking lot. Sorry.

    35 degrees and I'm

I have riding to work last three days here in SE Michigan. It is around 28 in the morning leaving the house. At work, staff think I am nuts, and keep telling me I should be riding a Harley being such a die heart, I dont know why. Many motorists give me a little wave or a smile. May be I am...

    Finally getting in some riding.

Smylinacha I had surgery 4 years ago on my neck, when I had unbearable pain due to degenrative bone . All it took was a small cut in the front less than an inch in length. All was done laproscopically (sp) and was in hospiatal one night only and off work 4 days. They fused two vertabrae and I...

    Dirty Spyder?

I just got back from a two- hour beautiful ride. Nice and sunny @ 35 degrees. Yes some salt dust on the road but dry. I can even taste the salt residue on my lips. I have decided I am not going to deprive myself from possibly 4 months of this kind of riding in Michigan. Heck that is one third of...

What do you do to get salt dust off, espically off the belly of the spyder.

    Thank you Lamont, Carlo called

Deb If you decide to go to another dealer at some point, I would recommend Ray C's in Lapeer, Michigan may be 20 miles from you. They have been servicing my spyder and have done truly an outstanding job. They typically pick my spyder from my house and transport it to their shop, a 60 mile one...
