• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

sputtering after using outdoor cover ????

Hi Baxter2215, I'm just speculating here, but my guess would be that heat is building under the cover while it's on. When you start your bike after taking the cover off the AITS, or Air Intake Temperature Sensor, is providing the elevated temperature to the PCM for air density and fuel mixture...

    Contest time, "thank" goodness

This year I am thankful for... - Learning about the Can-Am Spyder for the first time! - Learning about SpyderLovers.com through a web search for information about this really cool three-wheel machine called a Spyder! - Finding such an amazing resource of good, first-hand Spyder information in...

194 Replacements I see several LED replacements for the 194 bulbs, which did you use? The fender tip housing is a little unusual... any modification necessary for a good fit?

    Oyster Run

Thanks for the links and feedback. I was aware of ESI and TricLED but V-LEDs was a new one and looks like a great site too. Modifying the Spyder is going to be fun and I plan on going crazy with lighting!

    Mystery Button?

I had to run out to the garage and check it out - you're all right about the button on the right side. Discussion groups and forums can be really cool to belong to for great resources like this. I belong to Electronics and Powered Parachute groups too and it's the same solid, help each other...

    Mystery Button?

Hey Everyone, I'm loving my new RS-S and have a quick question that I hope you can help me with... On the front side of the right handlebar cluster, there is a button just like the Mode button on the left. This button is not labeled and I don't find it listed or described in the owners...

    RS-S Color Matched Accessories

Thanks Justin, my dealer should have known this and had the answer ready. Now that I think about it, it was about closing time when I asked the salesman... maybe it was a case of 'gotta get outta here' on a holiday weekend.

I'm not only an enthuzist, I'm an OWNER!

Thank you for all the well wishes and for the warm welcome... you guys are a great bunch to be a part of. RS-S Color Matched Accessories

I see fellow RS-S owners with matching hard bags and back rests, yet I do not see the Pearl White as a choice on the official BRP/Spyder web sites. Are these accessories available to match the '10 RS-S from the factory or are you guys and gals painting you own? My dealer was not able to answer...

THANK YOU!! Hey Lamont, Thanks so much for the preview of the 2011 Spyder model line-up! As you well know, that information has been highly anticipated and is wonderful to lay eyes on. With that, my purchase decision is made and my eye is still set on a limited edition 2010 RS-S... it may...

Scala Rider G4 in the Weather?

Many of you have been writing about how much you like the Scala Rider G4 comm system in several posts of late... My concern is exposing these electronics to moisture and/or rain as they mount on the outside of the helmet... I feel they are a rather large investment to risk. What does your...
