• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Lamonster's RIP Boards ...

I really like my Lamonster RIP boards. They make riding much more comfortable for me. I had my pegs in position 5 (all the way front). The RIP boards made my feet sit at a comfortable angle and I really couldn't be happier with them. The install was straight forward. I used a heat gun to...

    HMF EXHAUST

I have the HMF exhaust on my F3-S. I really like it. Not too loud for long rides but gives the F3-S a nice, throaty sound.

Not about the oil, about changing the oil

Update Well, the oil is changed and Dimple drain plugs installed! I bought an oil change kit from Bajaron. Very easy to do. The only complaint I have is the main engine oil drain plug location. When you pull the plug the oil hits the plastic cover around the engine and kinda sprays oil all...

Not about the oil, about changing the oil

Thanks everyone. I have the Dimple plugs already and will def be making the switch when I do the oil change tomorrow. One other quick question I had. The book says to change the oil with the engine warm. Do you guys go for a ride? Just let it idle for a few minutes? Basically, how does...

Not about the oil, about changing the oil

How does everyone change the oil? F3 Level? Front wheels on a ramp? Entire F3 lifted? Also, I believe I read somewhere here before the factory plugs are a T45 and a T40? Is that correct? I will be switching to dimple plugs with this oil change, but I still need to get the factory plugs...

    Getting a new key made?

I was thinking about getting an additional key made. The only thing I want this additional key to do is open the frunk. My reason for this is I have the Lamonster Garage IPS key holder on my normal key. However, being that it is pretty bulky is isn't the best option for sticking the key in...

Help with Sena 20S FM radio

If I had a bad plug/wire, wouldn't I notice something else going on with the spyder?

Help with Sena 20S FM radio

Plugs have never been replaced. I have 3800 miles on my spyder. It just had the first service about a month ago.

Help with Sena 20S FM radio

Well, I contacted Sena about the issue I am having with the 20s FM being all static. All they offered for help so far was make sure the antenna is up... :banghead: I figured, its worth a shot. I originally thought the pop up antenna was only for the intercom when talking with someone else...

Lamonster Review of the 2017 F3-S Daytona 500 Edition

Would be nice if BRP comes out with an update to the 2015/2016 F3-S software/firmware and lets the VSS be disabled if you choose on that as well. Possibly wishful thinking on my part...

Help with Sena 20S FM radio

I purchased a dual pair of Sena 20s. They work fine with one exception. If the spyder is running, the FM radio is all static. As soon as I turn the engine off the FM radio will come in crystal clear. I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong or if the Spyder engine really causes that much...

    stock exhaust

Remove - no problem. Install - A bit tricky to get the top spring back on. Take a long piece of speaker wire and use it as a spring puller. Makes it much easier.

    BIG THANK YOU to Spyderpops

A big thank you goes out to Spyderpops! I have a bumpskid with LED's on my F3-S. Something hit the bumpskid one night while I was riding and damaged the LED strip, breaking the connection to about 2/3 of the LED's. I contacted Spyderpops to get some replacement parts for the bumpskid and I...

Turn signals not turning off on their own

I definitely do! Hollinger's Sports N Turf in Ephrate, PA. They are excellent to work/deal with! I have seen some of the horror stories on this forum about dealers and am very grateful the dealer I go to is trustworthy and all around awesome. Best part about the visit today, my bill was...

Turn signals not turning off on their own

Alright, so I just left my dealer and all is fixed. This is a weird one... It turns out there was a wrong bulb installed in the tail from the factory! They checked over everything from front to back, couldn't find any problems, so they started manually pulling bulbs and checking them even...
