• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    What about the extended warranty?

    I don't normally buy extended warranties but this rig has only been on the market 3 yrs and I'm wondering if some inherent bugs :ani29: will show up? Has anyone had it and actually used it?

    Squirrel is 5'4". Top of windscreen needs to be about even with her nose. That's where she was happy with all of her other bike's 'shields.

    Not new to adding / changing out motorcycle windscreens but the Spyder's a bit different, with it's swept back design. Squirrel's RS has that tiny, OEM bug deflector... (deflects 'em right into her face!).. so that has to go. I see quite a few brands / heights of OEM and aftermarket...

    Covers?

    My wife just got a 2010 RS. We want to get a half cover for when it's parked at work. Problem is.. we need to get a taller windshield and I'm thinking the Nelson Riggs 1/2 cover won't work with that. Are there any other options for 1/2 covers with taller-than-stock windshields?
