• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is the 2013 RS-S worth the extra money?

The 2013 RS already has an upgraded suspension and 15" rims, so is the RS-S premium price justified for mostly cosmetic upgrades? Are the fox shocks that big of an improvement over the new stock shocks? Am I missing something?

    How did he do this???

I am new to spyders, however my understanding is that the VSS will interfere with you being able to do this...

    SE5 weight?

Just for general knowledge. I am torn between the two. I love a manual, but this semi-auto seems to be pretty popular. If it shifts quickly, I would strongly consider it, but any 'auto stick' I've driven in a car is a far cry from a manual.

Tell me why you love your RS/GS...

Hold on a minute, I maybe should have mentioned that I am 40yo, enough with the 'old' comments, lol. I am definitely leaning toward the RS-S, but I'll have to check out the ST as well. Thanks for all the great info!

Tell me why you love your RS/GS...

Thanks for the insights. Honestly, I haven't sat on a spyder since 2009. I guess I'll need to sit on the RS and ST back to back, to know for sure. I like the fact that the RS is lighter, but the ST has features that I may appreciate in the long run. I'm happy to have a choice, I am not...

Tell me why you love your RS/GS...

I am purchasing my first Spyder early next year and have always wanted an RSS, however with the addition of the ST models to the lineup, it makes me question which would be better suited for me. It seems as though many spyder owners start on the RS but eventually move up to an RT, or modify...

    Wait for 2013?

Thanks for the help. I am going to wait for the '13. I wouldn't be riding much until spring. I haven't been negotiating on any 2012's, but there are a few slightly used 2010's available that I was interested in if the price was right. Maybe I'll go to the Clevland motorcycle show in Jan to...

    Wait for 2013?

I am considering purchasing an RS soon, however it seems like the upgrades on the suspension/ chassis are significant for 2013. Would it be a good idea to wait for the 2013's to come in?
