• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The BRP full cover has to be the hardiest cover to put on...phew

It definitely gets easier to put on. It takes me about 3 minutes to put on as well.

Dave, I'm really happy with my OGBs (even though I've only put about 1500 miles on them). I use them with and without gloves. It hasn't gotten rid of my death grip, but it has greatly reduced it. Much more comfortable than stock. Thanks!

    Broke my antenna

Just installed the shortee antenna. Radio sounds good, and I actually get better weather radio reception.

    Broke my antenna

I hate how the rubber boot isn't all that secure. Secure enough to keep water out, but every time I clean the bike I knock it loose.

    Broke my antenna

I was putting my half cover on my RTS tonight and my antenna snapped. How irritating. Fortunately I listen to iPod. :) Guess I need to order a new antenna, and be more careful when putting my cover on.

I've had my OGB's for a few hundred miles now. Definitely an improvement! Ordering was simple, and shipping was fast.

    Northern California service centers

Went to Elk Grove Powersports today for my 600 mile service. The people there were super nice, and I was there for three hours. Cost me $320 plus tax. :) I would definitely go back.

Two Brothers exhaust while towing trailer

I'm eventually going to get the trailer for my RT-S, but also want to get a Two Brothers exhaust. My main concern is that the hot exhaust will hit the trailer and cause heat damage. Anyone have experience with TB exhaust and towing the trailer?

    Northern California service centers

Thanks. They quoted me about $340 so I'll probably go there unless the dealership in Livermore is lower. Waiting on a callback. :)

    Northern California service centers

I'm looking for recommendations on shops to get my 600 mile service done. The place I bought my RT-S from in Hayward quoted me $450, but have heard from others they got it done for around $250. Any suggestions?

I'm going to call around tomorrow to see if I can find cheaper. If I can get that price, I can get it done faster. :)

    600 mile service question

Thanks for the reply. I'll save up for the full service. Fairfield hasn't changed much. The schools are much worse. That's about it. :)

    600 mile service question

I have 2000 miles on my RT-S already but haven't had the $450 the dealer quoted to get 600 mile service done yet. I've decided to not ride until I can get the service done. I love riding, so it's hard to not ride. Would it be ok to do an oil change myself then take it in for the service when I...
