• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

spyder vs triumph thunderbird and leo vince no restrictor plate.

I have that in my garage but mine is grey with Jardines and a power commander plus I pulled off my secondery throttle plates. Bike is a beast.

    Aerocharger

It can be done for a daily driver without issues. Only really boosting when into the throttle other then that it has a by-pass valve. I don't think water would be an issue unless maybe you slightly submerge the filter area??

Just curious if anyone with the turbo kit has run the can-am down the quarter mile. I know stock 13.5 just wondering how the extra hp/tq plays into actual performance.

    Brake warning revised ...

Yes, because the system is closed. By replacing the brakes with newer thicker pads the fluid level will go back up because the calipers need to be pushed further back in. This won't work correctly if you have added additional brake fluid to the system when the pads have worn down. You shouldn't...

    Good Florida Dealer

My Dad lives in Citrus County Florida and needs to have the DPS recall done. I am looking for a good dealer to service the bike around the Citrus County area. He bought the bike from Champion Honda-Yamaha in Leesburg, but they have lost their Can-Am portion of the dealership, and won't do the...

DPS recall, anyone else had it done yet?

Just another thought with the steering being more sensative, you might want to add 1/8 to 1/4 inch more toe in to help tracking.

DPS recall, anyone else had it done yet?

Being you had issues prior to the warranty running out and they obviously were not resolved correctly, I dont think you should have to pay. If the sensor is in the resivoir and that is where the warning comes from, I would think that it has trapped air in the system.

DPS recall, anyone else had it done yet?

My wife just had the new DPS unit installed today. She feels exactly the same way. More responsive and easier to guide. She prefers this unit to the old one. We never had any issues with the prior unt, but I felt that this was a safer alternative to just a reflash of the stock unit that seemed...

    Shell Rotella T6, 5W40... Good choice for RT-S SE5?

I use it no issues. Change the oil every 3000 miles. Has good UOA's and alot cheaper then motorcycle specific oils. Plus it now carries the JASO rating for those that were worried it wasn't up to snuff.

I would have to go with Evoluzion, simply by design it is open on the top and sides

    Flooding under hard acceleration

It wouldn't matter if it is plugged in or not, the JB alters the signal as it leaves the computer, and won't effect downloads because the computer doesn't know it's there. If your down load is to correct a lean condition then the JB would effect the results, but if it is a download to correct...

    Flooding under hard acceleration

It is real plug and play and the program that is in it already is pretty close to perfect for exhaust and intake mods. The hardest part is finding the injector on the passenger side. But if you go with an fter market CAI that removes the factory air box then install is a piece of cake. As far as...

    Flooding under hard acceleration

Okay now your just making me feel bad. I was always under the impression that people who like to mod their machines have a better understanding of how one aspect of change would effect another area. My Bad. As for modding cost you can buy a Hindle exhaust off another member on this forum or ebay...
