• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Check Transmission.

Ok so I rode the bike for about 50 miles and I got no more of check transmission. I do get brake failure when I'm at super low speed like 8 mph braking and between 3-2k RPM. I think that's because when we bleed the brakes, the level just might be a bit low.

Spyder leaking gas from Right Side when started after 5 months

Hello, I finally went to storage and pulled out the bike and tried to start it and it fired up right away. After a while I smelled gas and initially thought since it hasn't been on for 4+ month that was normal but after a while I saw there was a slow stream on the right side of the bike. It's...

    Maintenance feedback.

You can message akspyderman. He is the one who took the hit for all of us. "Don't waste your time or money on valve checks. They are recommended at 14K intervals. The dealers charge $800 extra. I actually did two. One at 14K on one and one at 28K on the other. Neither needed adjusting. $1,600...

    Maintenance feedback.

That's quite alright. I rather have the laundry list of things that needs to be done and as I'm taking the bike apart I might as well get all the thing done at once rather than having to take apart everything all over again. Looking at the JT's air filter now as we speak. LOL I will start...

    Maintenance feedback.

Thank you for that details answer. The only thing which concerns me is changing the spark plug because from what I have seen online you need to take off the center (air filter). Most of the stuff beside the alignment was something I wanted to do anyway. Wasn't too sure if I wanted to do the Y...
