• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Cross Country Trip

Seat would be a big consideration for me. The stock seat is way too soft IMO. Butt  if you're happy with the BRP offerings, great. Something that works for me are L/D Comfort shorts. Wicks sweat away. https://ldcomfort.com/Mens-Riding-Shorts.html edit... see you have the...

    F3 Maybe???

Simple answer, test ride one. I rode both the F-3 & RT and took a little time to process the info. The RT won out because of the towing option at the time. The 1330 has proven to be a very reliable engine. Good luck! Pat

    My new seat

 Actually I think I liked the F3 better than the RT back when I test rode them both in 2014ish. But, what I had in mind for my Spyder travels, the RT seemed to be the best choice. Now that you can add a hitch to the F3T.....another test ride....No Don't Do It! :lecturef_smilie: :D Pat

    Mustang seat for 2016 F3 LTD/SS

If it does it's minimal at best. I can't say I did a before & after passenger test but the firmer foam may give you the feeling of being higher in the seat. Great comfort for me, very pleased with it! Pat

Road trip to Newfoundland this summer

Great info above, just remember it can and probably will rain on you. Also, more important the temps even in July can be very cool. Heated gear could be your best friend up there. Actually, the peeps of NF will probably be your best friends. That's how I remember it! Pat

    My first night ride

Sounds like an awesome loop to have so close to home! Little different but I rode snowmobiles for years up in the backwoods of Maine, loved it at night. You had the trail in front of you to concentrate on and it was easy to see other machines approaching with their flickering...
