• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Changing ufit brake linkage

Easy I am incredibly inept when it comes to mechanical issues, but this was probably the easiest install of all. It' been a year but I believe you remove the 1 bolt to release the link and 1 bolt (maybe 2) to move the bolt that allows you to move the foot rest (1 each side). I think it took...

Has anyone installed chrome parts on their non-black F3? Any pics?

Plasti Dip I highly recommend Plasti-Dipping the parts. Its easy and inexpensive, it protects the surface of the parts dipped and you can remove it later if you change your mind. I've got 2 small parts left to dip and there will be no shiny chrome / grey surfaces left, I even did the wheels.

LED replacement bulbs for Rear & Signals

I am wanting to change out the bulbs for the rear brake light and the signals on the front of my F3, but I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out what the bulb types are to look for LED replacements (probably from China - had good luck with them when I did this on my old RT). Also, I...

    Heated Grip usage

On mine as well I've got them on mine as well. And other than the button depressing and staying in down position there is no other way to tell there on other than the sweet heat coming off of them (as the light is on all the time on the button)

    Sadddlebags

The bags have a stiff panel facing the wheel that helps keep its shape. As well though, I remove the handles and made small plates of pvc type material with holes drilled that allow them to mount to where the handles are. But the straps are designed to keep them from moving at all.
