• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Question about Garmin 660 that BRP offers

Updates Ok. Thought they changed the number. But it is still a lot to pay for their unit as an ad on. All I know is that my updates are free. I don't know if it was part of the deal when you buy the LTD or what. I felt the same way you do about the $$$$$$$$ and if it was worth it if updates...

Question about Garmin 660 that BRP offers

Garmin updates When I bought my RT-LTD in 2011 I asked the dealer that exact same question regarding updates. I own an older Garmin and knew it cost for map updates. My dealer told me Updates were free. I have updated it too but not this year. Mine is a 660 but the current version is a 665.

    This weather is killing me.

Tell me about it... Saturday here in KY it was 75 degrees. Rode about 130 miles. Today, Sunday, 4 inches of snow. Most snow we have had all winter. Go figure. :sour:

    Honda trike...some interesting photos

HUMMMMM... The GW trike kits of old don't handle like the Spyder. This is a copycat effort or kit that just isn't appealing to me as a Spyder owner and a person that has logged a lot of miles on a GW. They would have to re-invent the rest of the frame and body styling in order to compete...

WHAT KIND OF MILEAGE ON STOCK REAR TIRE ON RT-S??

I have to agree with Bob on the tire thing. Trying to s t r e t c h out tire life isn't worth it. Your life is worth more than a tire and believe me, Caskets cost more than tires..I changed my rear at 7,500 and have two new fronts ready to go on when necessary. I've been to the local dealership...

Things you can't stand to watch on TV

Watching and Not Watching.. Hate the news. My local morning news is only full of who shot who. It also hurts to learn of the MEN and WOMEN who have died for OUR Freedom. Their families deserve all our prayers and support!! On a lighter note, as long as Uncle Si is alive, I'm good. No Foul...

Enclosed trailer size to transport 2 RT's?

Dragonrider is Right! I would pay attention to what Dragonrider posted regarding the ramp. I recently pulled my RT home on a coooold day after having the hitch put on. I have a 16 foot open trailer with a fold down ramp. When I tried to back it off, the RT bottomed out. Got off of it and tried...
