• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Help with cell phone emergency #'s

Thanks to all of you I think I have found my solution. I did find a widget on my phone and put on a screen then I made my emergency contact with an appropriate picture. This a screen shot of the widget. I'm gonna add a few more contacts, but now to dial this, it is just a 2 tap process and...

Help with cell phone emergency #'s

I'm with AT&T also. I tried this and the menu that comes up doesn't have a "shortcut to home" option. Also, in what reading I have done so far, it seems that on the galaxy S3 that you don't have a "emergency dial" button unless you have a lock code. I don't, I just do the swipe to go to the...

Help with cell phone emergency #'s

I'm new to the data phones. I've got a galaxy S3. It takes several taps to unlock the phone, tap on the call button, then if I've used contact last, then a tap to get to the dialer. All the talk of the conceal carry has got me thinking about being prepared for an emergency. So, I'm in an...

    Windows 8. I hate Microsoft

My 10 year old trusty Dell XP died a painful death in December. A friend works on computers for his hobby. He ordered the parts from newegg and assembled me an awesome computer for $450.00. By doing this I told him to put WIN 7 on it NOT win 8!!!

I'm taking the Concealed Carry Weapons Class this weekend!!

I'm leaning toward an appendix crossbreed holster or a smart carry holster. If I was a bit more ah well a "blessed" I would absolutely go for the flash bang holster. :D Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

Good for you!! My husband and I got our permits in a couple of weeks ago. My big problem is finding the right holster. My normal winter wear is no problem. Summer time is a different story. Leslie

Any tips on mice demise that will keep dogs and cats safe? Our rat terrier is a great mouser and I'm leary of her finding a poisoned mouse and eating it. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

MICE!!! Took our spyder in for it's 6,000 mile service today. And got a call from them before we barely got out of their driveway. Seems mice had built a nest all in the front end! When we picked it up, they gave us two baggies full of insulation. I have been riding this winter, so...

What tunes are on your playlist?

Oh, this a hard one. I go back and forth between rock playlist, country, and gospel. My top ten rock is: 1. Blaze of glory - Jon Bon Jovi 2. Life's been good - Joe Walsh 3. Seven Bridges road - Eagles 4. Sweet home Alabama - Lynard Skynyrd 5. Guitar Town - Steve Earle 6. American pie - Don...

I second this. My husband got me a kahr 9mm CW. I like how this feels in my hand and it does shoot accurately.

It was a good day today!

The solution is to get your wife her own spyder!!! Hubby led our ride on his HD. Course my daughter and I were on the best byke!

It was a good day today!

After not being able to ryde for a couple months, it was high 50's today. Before my daughter had to head back to college, she and I hopped on the spyder, cranked up her 80's rock playlist and jammed on a 60 mile ryde. What a great way to start the week.

    recommend an inexpensive Con-Carry handgun

My Christmas present from hubby was a cc class. He has a 40 and I love shooting it as it is solid and accurate, but after the 4th shot, by wrist is done. He took me to look at various pistols and to hold them. We have a friend that is a collector and they let me shoot different calibers to...

Communicating with Jan on a new RT Limited

Another second for the sena headsets. We had a wired set for a short period of tine. My hubby hated it. The sena set are easy to use and we can hear each other clearly. When using my phone, people can't tell I'm ryding. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 2
