• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Blinker/Signal switch

    The more I ryde the better it gets:yes:... but I still keep turning the other blinker on when trying to turn the signal off after changing lanes or after a slight turn that doesn't automatically turn it off. I noticed the turn signal switch on the Kawasaki Vulcan is more like and on off button...

    I agree! :2thumbs: My spyder is for me - not any one else. I've discovered kids love it! They wave, tug on mom/dad trying to get them to look. I tell hubby I'm now a "kid magnet"!! Everywhere I go, the kids see it and get so excited.

    License In NY you need a Motorcycle license. You can take the test on the Spyder, but will have a restriction to 3 wheels only. :2thumbs: It varies by state.

    RYDE IT!! I am a new Spyder owner and sometimes the woes of other Spyder Ryders worry me too... but you know what? everything has problems of some sort - have you had any problems yet? Ride the thing and enjoy it! I only have about 700 miles on mine and they have been awesome miles...

    Re Manual or SE shifting I can do both, but ordered a RT with SE. Loved it on the RS that I test rode.
