• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Help from brothers and sisters of Spyderlovers.

AGREE My husband was in a motorcycle accident 4 years ago. His bike was totaled but , thank God, no broken bones. Just bruised and cracked ribs and stitches. At the time immediately after it happened, I told him if this event brought him to the decision to not ride again I would understand...

I need some advice from Spyder owners - any help/hints on getting used to a Spyder after a Harley?

SHES ME I came off an HD Softail Deluxe to a 2011 RTS SE5. It is an easy transition but she will need seat time to get used to turning and twisties at speed limits. For me at least a couple hundred miles. I got the auto transmission because of arthritis in my thumb joints and I wouldn't go...

    WHERE IS SCOTTY AKA NANCYSTOY

I don't post a lot here, but I had a minor glitch (self inflicted) the other day I posted about, hoping to get some sage advice from members. Didn't get much of a response but what I was really hoping for was the solution and waited for Scotty to post. He never did and I was disappointed, now...

    NEED A TRAILER

Adventure This is what we would do.......make a mini overnighter out of it. You and your significant other drive there to pick it up. Then she can follow you on the way back. Stay off freeways. As stated before take scenic less traveled roads. That way you can pull over whenever you want...

    WIERD LITTLE PROBLEM

I imagine this might be easily solved, but my bike (2011 RTS SE 5) has lost the trip A read out on my display..:hun:...I only have trip B. I noticed it last week on a short ride. I ran through the different modes on the screen and when I reached trip B to zero out the miles trip A seemed to...

    Engine Warm Up?

I realize this question is late in the game for me, but yesterday we went for a glorious ride and and my hubby said to let RT warm up before leaving. Since we are Harley folks as well, you always let the Harley warm up until the the top of the cylinders feels like a cup of warm coffee. I've not...

How many came off a Goldwing, BMW or Harley dresser

Have had numerous HD's over the years. A couple years ago, was on a 2000 plus mile trip on my street glide and because of the weight with the baggage dropped a couple of times. Ruined my confidence and started to wonder what the next parking lot or gas station would look like and took the joy...
