• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Planning Yellowstone trip...any suggestions welcome!!!

Was there 3 wks ago. In the park, make sure you do the northern route towards Cooke City, (as stated above, fantastic and beautiful), but you will go throught the Lamar Valley. We saw 2 grizzleys, 2 wolves, buffalo on the road, elk, that was the hot spot for wildlife in the park. And if you...

    Melted Oil Dipstick Threads

Awesome Dealer I have to give a shout out for my dealer, Clem's Enumclaw Powersports, in Enumclaw Washington. We were planning to go on a ride this Sunday arranged by the Dealership. When conversing with them about the problem with the dip stick.....they are going to replace mine with one off...

    Melted Oil Dipstick Threads

Has anyone experienced melted bottom threads on oil dip stick? Checked the oil this evening and when screwing dip stick back in it kept going in crooked and not screw all the way down. Upon closer look the bottom threads are all wavy together, almost like they softened or melted. Finally got...

    EATING SPYDER CROW

So, a thread concerning excessive heat on the right foot was up and running a few days ago. I put my 2 cents in about coming back from a two week trip with a couple days in the 100's and not experiencing any more heat than from other bikes I have ridden. At the time I received a couple of...

How often do these things tip over??

Seat time/seat time.....Took me till my 600mi to finally feel totally comfortable on curves and turns. It felt to me like it was trying to throw me off. Salesman and others on this forum advised to lean forward and into the turn while gripping with the knees. Gone through highway twisties at...

Another Thread about Heat And The RTs

Sorry, I guess since I, as you say, experienced ONLY a couple of days at 100...I shouldn't have posted my thoughts on the subject. I knew when I posted I would get a little blow back. I'll think twice before I do that again! And I have only been riding about 30yrs. And for the previous...

Another Thread about Heat And The RTs

STOCK Just came back from 2 week trip, a couple of +100 degree days, rest upper 80's low 90's. Was the RT hot? You bet but with stock foot pegs feet never felt any hotter than the left foot. I too have been following all the different links to how hot the RT is. Wondering how many folks who...

    New owner questions!

Got that right!!! Rode Harley's since 2003. Was kind of worried about all the posts about how hot the RT gets as we were getting ready to leave on 2 week trip in HOT weather. But, as one poster said, if you've ridden a Harley, you'll be fine. And so I was.

    First Test Ride Observations

SEMI AUTO Just wanted to say the Semi Auto is awesome. Before I purchased mine I was all about keeping the clutch, I guess trying to stay with the "traditional motorycyle experience". After I demo the manuel, my husband was behind me on a RT with semi auto. He told me to try it, I didn't...
