• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So I have been reading a lot on the forums about changing the air filter and cold air intakes, the works. I have also read and found the race airflow system from evoluzione. Seems to be a good replacement to the factory airbox, but as I have read in the threads once installed it is very loud...

So I just got off the phone with my dealer, and their service department rocks (go FMS!). They have the DSP #2 update and know of the new vent tube parts, which they are telling me is like 5 separate parts to the fix. But BRP has not listed these parts in the inventory for ordering. So this...

will they fit and work with a touring windshield? I am liking these for both the look and the functionality. Question I have seen asked but not answered is "will they fit and work with a touring windshield?" Looks like they go up and back, which is cool but it looks like they will hit the...

Update done well worth getting done!

Good points by all. I concur with MM in that I am running the Hindle exhaust and DSP update #1 severely screwed up the smooth running of my SE5. After the update back-firing between 3-4K and got a huge surge in 1st gear ranging from 1250 RPM to then jumping to 2100 RPM and that was at a stand...

    Something hinky with the downshift..

Yea after I had my first services, which included the infamous DPS update #1 and the ground wire update, I still had the SE5 lock-up on start-up. So as karma would have it while I was at the dealership it locked up to show them the continuing issue. They (Fredericksburg Motor Sports) said the...

Humm I would love to do this to my trunk. Such a simple idea to solve such an annoying little thing as popping the trunk. I went looking at HD for a spring and could not find one. Anyone point me in the right direction? :dontknow: Mole

    tank bag install

Thanks guys. I found a pair at AutoZone that are the screw in type. So what I did was remove one that was holding the left side tank cover under the seat to the center bar and placed it on the center panel. Then put the screw in replacement to backfill the one I swapped. Mole :chat:

Thanks Bob! Got the bracket on by forcing it over the rubber, but now the center panel is bowing up some in the center. Well I went and refit the center panel and got it to fit properly once all the tabs were set right. So bag is on but me being the bone head that I am lost one of the two...
