• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Went in for DPS recall

Just got back from the dealer after getting the dps recall done. Took the long way home, had to do some errands anyway, for a test ride. The steering, in my opinion is much more responsive and sharper. Like my VW or the Porsche. It's crisp and clean. Tomorrow hubby and I will be going to...

    Me So Horny

Hubby and I decided I needed a stebel too. I overheated my horn the other day when riding with hubby. His side bag on his bike came open while doing 70mph. This is the one time we didn't wear the intercom, figures! Anyway I was behind him, honking for the life of me when the horn stopped...

    A Beautiful Motorcycle

Hubby had two v-rods. He had to get one when they first came out and had that one for 4 years. That was the longest he ever held onto one bike. He sold his BMW for it. Loved it every moment, except a bit uncomfortable on long trips. He traded his original v-rod on the new model and had that...

    curious

Hubby Porsche 930 used to throw flames from the exhaust. I was following him one night and he took off, so I kept up. All of the sudden this 4 ft flame shot out of his exhaust. We got to our destination and I had to check the front of my car for scorch marks. Needless to say, I kept my...

    Memo to self... and others

Hubby turned on the heated seat on a bmw k1200rt that we rented for a couple of days while in Tucson,Ar. The button configuration was opposite what his BMW was at home. Here he is in 107 degree heat with the heated seat on. He was not a happy camper when we stopped. His pants looked as if he...

what do you carry for concealed to carry?

It's an actual taser. Trust, it would not be used lightly. Each cartridge is $40 to replace. And yes it has the tracking dots too. I just wish the local police would offer the taser class they used to have. Basically they would supply the cartridges and you just brought your taser, or...

what do you carry for concealed to carry?

well, since I can't carry at work, and I was working in a bad neighborhood, I bought myself a tazer. It has a flashlight, laser sight, cartridge as well as the prongs. I even have a case that clips onto the belt. It looks like a cell phone holder. No one knows I wear it and since I don't...

    Oil too low?

The difference between being a bit low and overfilled is very minute. Ask me how I know. Hubby and I took the bikes and went to Helen,Ga in June. He checked my oil and said it was a bit low. He bought a quart and proceeded to pour it in. After pouring about a half quart into the spyder I...

what do you carry for concealed to carry?

Hubby is a member of the NRA, we go to the range when it's not stifling hot out. The better range is outdoors, so it is too hot out to go right now. We do have a small indoor range which is okay to use when you're bored and can't find anything to do, so we go to the range.

Ever do something really (I mean REALLY) stupid?

Gee, reminds me of when hubby was going out to grill. He had the grill lid down to start his manly grill. he started it and let it warm up. I was laying on the couch inside, just watching him. He lifted the cover up and a wave of flame just rolled out of the grill and down to the ground. It...
