• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    raw design power puc?

I love these lights. I actually only ride at night because of these damn things. Unfortunately I'm giving up the Spyder for now and getting back to a two wheeler. It's been three fun years and it's time for a new toy. I was just really lucky to be the first to get the LED's done by the Raw...

Are There Still People Out There Who Don't Think Helmets Are Necessary?

C'mon Napper...you can't compare a convertible to being on a two wheeler or three. That's just nonsense. I used to be one of those guys that never wore a helmet. As soon as I crossed the Connecticut line from New York, I used to pull over to the side and take my helmet off. Man...I sure was one...

    Review: Bike Barn trike barn

Click on the picture for a better view. This is the 10x10 shed that I purchased from the Home Depot website. They have it cheaper than the Shelterlogic site ( don't know why). I purchased it on sale for $177. I just looked it up and it costs $219. Still a good price. Free shipping and handling...

    Review: Bike Barn trike barn

Shed in a box I was going to get that Cool looking dome thing from Bike Barn I was heavily looking at it and the Cycle shell for months comparing the two. At the very end it came down to price. I chose a 10x10 by ShelterLogic and I am very happy with my choice. I bought it last December and...

    Spyder Sightings

Maybe you saw me. I lived in Shelton ( next town to you ) and have passed an RT once in that area and I was headed towards the Merritt but I was actually going towards Orange Center 'cause I used to work on Post Rd. I always used ride to work.

My friend loved my Trike so he made this video of my Spyder.

It wouldn't need a separate alternator because they are LED's. They don't take use that much energy. You can hook up a second battery to your Trike though if you want but I doubt you'd need it unless you run other products also like GPS, stereo and HID's. If it's just LED's like mine, then no...

I got the light kit from the Raw Design Team. You can go to their site. Metricfats.com The Spyder plate on the front isn't on their website but you can ask them to make you one. Maybe they have it on their website now but the last I checked it wasn't there. Also Youtube my boy's lady's Spyder...

Nope. I had the Led's put in October 2010 and my Spyder is an '08 and I still have the original Battery and have never used a Battery Tender. I also live in Connecticut so you know I don't ride this all winter. I should buy a new battery though before it dies on me.

    Blue Eyed Spyder

Looks good. Being visible for other vehicles is a good thing. That's a good looking RT by the way. I should get one next.

    RAW Design...

Cant wait to see what that would look like. I hope you put a video up when it's done. Good luck with the install.
