• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My experience with my Canyon's Off Pavement Performance. What are you experiencing?

Sarah, I haven't noticed any unpleasant feedback from the wheels to the handlebars. It seems nice and stable. Today I went up one of the worst potholed forest roads I know. Again, the XT did fine. I think the only thing that might have touched ground are the front wheel splash guards. But, upon...

Can you feel any Difference in the Suspension between an XT and a RedRock Canyon?

I haven't ridden both, but do have about 600 miles on my week old XT. I don't think the XT suspension has excessive lean in turns. That said, it's not optimized for curvy smooth pavement when compared to an RT or F3, both of which I have ridden. Everything is a compromise. On the Canyon, I use...

My experience with my Canyon's Off Pavement Performance. What are you experiencing?

Let's start sharing some first hand experience with these new three wheeled wonder machines. My trip today was to the Jones Creek OHV area near Vancouver, WA. The single tracks are still closed for winter (not that I'd try them), but there's a compacted, graded, gravel road with some good...

Keyed Power Access on the Canyon

Thank you so much for these videos. Today I installed a handlebar mount GPS on my XT and ran wires to that harness location. As soon as my connector from you gets here, I'll be "while running" powered up.

On a Trail Rating System, I believe a Canyon Redrock can travel Level 2 Routes

Here's what the manual says about Canyon's capabilities... Off-Road Use Even if this vehicle is designated as an all-road vehicle, IT IS NOT AN OFF-ROAD VEHICLE. This vehicle was designed to be able to drive on compact nonpaved roads (gravel, earth, sand). Around here and in lots of places...

    Canyon Test Ride

My dealer said the FA fees have gone up too. F9 has an interesting video about the dealer/mfr relationship. They don't make it sound that friendly. That said, my dealer here in Vancouver WA still helped me with the fees and converted the remainder to a nice store credit. Guess we're lucky...

    First XT Post!

Thanks to those who've responded!! I'm pretty cautious about backcountry traveling. It's a primary reason for the 3W Canyon over a 2W motorcycle. Even good 2W riders eventually wipe out. I'm not overly ambitious and not against turning around. If I can putt around and eat a sandwich in a...

    First XT Post!

OK, here's my first pic. It's just north of Carson, WA, at the start of the WA BDR. Not sure a Canyon would make the whole trip, but it bounced over some potholes that would have bottomed a Spyder. Going riding again today!

    First XT Post!

Hey, everybody! I just got back from my second day of riding my new Canyon XT! I love it. I went into the dealership looking for a Ryker I could travel local PNW forest roads on. Questioned the ground clearance though. Ended up leaving on a beautiful 2017 Spyder RTL, which was awesome...
