• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

BRP denies warranty claim on water in fuse box - any ideas on next steps?

So finally able to get back to this thread after such a long Time. BRP finally replaced the harness under warranty. The dealership was not able to determine the path of water ingress, but after working with BRP were able to determine that this was not the owners error or fault. All covers were...

BRP denies warranty claim on water in fuse box - any ideas on next steps?

agrimm01, The dealer has to my knowledge has not determined the entry point and I doubt they have looked any closer than what I showed them when dropping it off for the warranty claim as the picture attached to the original post seems to indicate. I suspect they are unwilling to take off the...

BRP denies warranty claim on water in fuse box - any ideas on next steps?

Thank yo all for the responses. And forgive the error in posting the location. I realized after posting that it is usual to post location in relation to the seated rider. Been an upsetting day for sure here and I guess my haste to look for help added to my error while posting. For clarification...

BRP denies warranty claim on water in fuse box - any ideas on next steps?

Thanks for the reply. My fear is that a simple fix such as replacing fuses doesn’t correct the root cause and would just lead to a reoccurring situation should the vehicle get wet again. If I dig deeper and try to seal the water ingress, well then I may just void any warranty claim in the...

BRP denies warranty claim on water in fuse box - any ideas on next steps?

Looking for help from those smarter than me. I have a 2021 RT Limited Purchased 6/15/2021 (Build date 05/2020), driven a total of 2,020 miles that had water infiltration into the right side fuse box (from the seated rider position). The water infiltration caused the fuses to corrode and on...

    Cluster Update 50.1 available.

Jetfixer, you are correct. Just went and looked at manufacturers stickers under rear seat and mine was actually built 05/2020, so I guess I will have to continue to struggle seeing the dash. Thanks for the response.

    Cluster Update 50.1 available.

Just got my Spyder back from dealer service, it’s a 2021 with software version 30.7 and when the tech connected it to BUDS 2 there was no update available for the cluster, nor were there any optional updates available. I was standing right there when he connected the bike to BUDS. Any thoughts...
