• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Recommendations for accessories purchases

I'll make it a third for Dylan and Louis Powersports. I recently ordered a list of accessories for the RS-S and Dylan was able to average a discount of about 25% and free shipping too. Send him a note with what you're looking for and he will provide prices without obligation. His email...

    Do you know Louis Powersports?

Another Two Cents Hey Everyone, I received an order from Dylan at Louis Powersports recently, so I thought I'd add my two cents of experience to the mix... Most of the items my wife and I were interested in for the RS-S were not listed by Louis Powersports on ebay at the time, so I wrote an...

    Comfort Seat/Sport Rack/Back Rest Question

Thank you very much. I had hoped that would be the case since they are all BRP produced accessories but I wanted to be sure. I thought I had read about a conflict of some kind but it may have been with another seat manufacturer. I appreciate the help, Tim

    Comfort Seat/Sport Rack/Back Rest Question

Noobie question for those of you with more experience... Can any of you please confirm for me that the Comfort Seat, Sport Rack and Back Rest can be used together without conflict? Thanks, Tim

    New member, not owner yet

Hey John, I'm a new owner/rider too and my first impressions were just like what you described. What makes a complete difference here is weight into, or not into, the handlebars. The Spyder likes a light touch and I still have to remember to support my weight from my lower back and abdominals...

    I'm 100% Legal!

Thanks for all the well wishes guys... I continue to be surprised at how much response there is for sharing something as small as this test, and how warm the response is from this group. You guys are all right, that's for sure. For those who asked if I, or my wife and I, will be heading to...

    I'm 100% Legal!

Thanks Neez... driving the course ahead of time made a big difference for me. Now it's time to ride as much as weather allows and get my back into the best shape I can for longer rides! Jo is looking forward to riding together and being a passenger for something new. Maybe by next spring we...

    I'm 100% Legal!

I'm 100% Legal! (Maybe a bad choice of words) Good news to share... This past Saturday I drove the RS-S about an hour north to Bellingham where my skills or driving test for the trike/sidecar endorsement was scheduled at 10:30AM. A friend decided to also ride (on two wheels) at the last...

I forgot that you told us about that when we met in Arlington last Saturday. All the best in your trailer homework and choice.

Looking for opinions on the RT-622 trailer

Wags Trailers Hey Brad, My wife has been looking at WAGS Trailers for taking our dogs riding with us. We don't have any first-hand experience with them but I thought you might want to consider it since you like to travel with your dog. The trailers look versatile and you can configure them...

    Nikasil lined cylinders

Yeah, I don't know why it's so tough to find... I believe it was a post describing the 2011 line-up. The post was divided into categories and the Nicasil details were in the Engine: section. This is if memory serves...

    Nikasil lined cylinders

I'm not finding it right now, but I read about it directly from BRP in the RSS blog recently.
