• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Wiring straight to battery for a 12v or USB port is not a bad thing. It would take a very long time, with your phone plugged in actively charging, before it drains the battery. We're talking 10+days to a couple of weeks, depending on whether or not the port you install has an LED light built...

    I do ride with them on. I have them set to come on with the key. As said above, the first time you ride with them, you notice them. Not really a distraction, just... I don't know... Different. After you get used to them, they are no problem. I've had no issues with them being too bright...

    Very simple install. Under the top A-Arm is a 2 pin connector, like the one pictured below, going to the fender tip lights. The Wiredux Running Lights come with a Y-Adapter that plugs directly in line with this connector... You simply clean the A-Arm (I used alcohol prep pads from CVS)...
