• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Transformers 3 Wheeler

Aw man, ya beat me to it! I saw one of these just this morning and was going to post about it. Unfortunately, they don't transform into robots. The packaging has a picture of what the robot mode is supposed to be, but the toy itself is only a vehicle that pops out weapons. It does, however, pop...

    Cable hand brake

I simply mean the layout: handlebars, saddle, car-styled steering. Everyone wants to compare it to a bike because it has the handlebars and saddle, but it's physically closer to an ATV than either a bike or a car. And once upon a time, I believe Polaris actually sold "on-road" ATVs in Europe...

    Cable hand brake

Eh, call it what they will, it's more ATV than "roadster"... ATVs don't handle like bikes either, but they still have hand brakes. ~SM

Bad to the Bone Spyder by Parotech

Er... I missed what they changed that would affect position, unless it was the pegs? I'm not familiar enough with Spyders to notice the subtleties. I was seriosuly diggin' on those enclosed fenders, though. ~SM

    Cable hand brake

AMEN to that. I have no idea why this isn't an option... seems a no-brainer. :sour: As a current bike rider, I'm not fond of the idea of a foot-only brake. ~SM

Anyone else starting to get excited or impatient for the 2011's?

I wonder how much longer until they update the S bodywork? Can't wait to see what they come up with next. ~SM

    Would you buy...

This may be a totally dumb question, but is there actually that much of a difference between the two? I understand the bags and screen are different, but is there some seating position difference I'm unaware of? :dontknow: ~SM

    Talk to me about reliability

I know vehicle forums tend to give false impressions of product unreliability, simply because many more people log in to ask questions about issues than shouting praise... the "no news is good news" syndrome that often leaves forums a bit one-sided. With that in mind, what would you tell a...

    We all love America!

Aww, how neighborly of us! And to think, I had scrape by to pay for mine, and nearly bankrupted my parents in the process.... Us -> :trike:<- politicians

For those that sold their Spyder

Buells are great! I have an '06 XB12Ss, and the only real issue was a bit of "coughing" while cruising and a cooling fan that was replaced under warranty. The coughing was an easy fix (rerouted the crankcase breather hose so that it vented outside, rather than back into the intake). XB's are...
