• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone here tried a NOCO LiIon battery?

NLP 20 installed on my 2015 RTS about 9 months ago. When not running the volt meter shows a solid 13.8 volts even after sitting for a week or so. No error codes of any type. Easy install and made easier with the light weight of the battery. I recommend it.

Any Tips for removing clutch oil drain plug before hot oil shoots out?

I first switched to plugs that can be removed with a socket so I don't have to fumble around getting a tool in them. I also use this https://www.harborfreight.com/waste-oil-storage-container-97608.html and fashioned a screen to fit over the drain hole. I break loose the plug with a ratchet...

What were the first indications of a CPS problem and did it stop normal operation of the bike? Where is the sensor located on your bike and what panels need to be removed to clearly see the part? Did you check for a BRP replacement part? What is the info on the China part you found that fits and...

Need Help identifying a particular road or route in Arizona?

Peter, I think the route might have been 60 east out of Show Low, then south on 191 to Alpine and there picking up US 180 east into NM then south towards Silver City. Have ridden that many times and it is an excellent motorcycle tour.

    Pedal Box or Pedal Commander?

According to Monster, the handheld do it at home option is not available for my '15 RT. ECM mail in option only. I suspect same is true for all 1330 models.

Oil Change. How Important Is Temperature?

Now I'm really confused. My 2015 RT SE6 manual refers to the oil sump cover drain plug and a clutch cover drain plug. Both plugs are to be removed during oil change. Last oil change I got about 4qts oil from oil sump plug and about 1qt from the clutch cover. How can we ignore the clutch...

Oil Change. How Important Is Temperature?

My manual says there is an oil drain plug for the sump cover and one for the clutch cover. Do either of these correlate with the crankcase and the reservoir you noted? If not, where is the engine oil stored that is drained by the clutch cover plug and how does it fit into your example? Thanks

What Helmet Liners do you wear?

I find wearing a skull cap is a must. Keeps head warmer in winter and cooler in summer plus keeps helmet liner clean. Also makes putting on and taking off helmet easier. Especially when wearing glasses. The best one I have found is from the following company. I like the shape of the liner...
