• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Purchase from Chromeburner

Great experience with Chromeburner. Purchased Sidi Goretex boots in 2015 for about 50% of the price of US retailers. Fast service, no additional taxes. Order-to-door (Eastern US) was about 7 days. Would use them again.

    Horn

I have the Fiamm Freeway Blaster (high and low tone) horn on my bike. The two horns work together to sound very similar to the horn of an 18 wheeler. 132 db of attention-getting sound. You can purchase the horns from Aerostitch for $18.00 each. A relay is available for a couple of bucks...

Owners of both a two-wheel motorcycle and Spyder

In Response to Your Question ...... I rode two wheels as a kid. Mostly dirt and trail riding . Developed and carried that passion through adulthood, but married life, kids, bills made owning a bike impossible. Fast forward 30 years. I get the two wheeler of my dreams, a BMW GS. I have a...

    Reliable Dealer in Virginia

Faced the same dilemma three years ago. Considered dealers in WVA and PA. Ultimately bought an RTL in WVA to avoid NOVA dealers and their reputations for spotty service. YMMV. Best wishes in your search.

    New 2 Spyder Family

Congrats on the new ride. Welcome to a small but growing population of Spyder riders in Northern Virginia. My wife earned her M3 endorsement in late 2014, and we try to get out on the Spyder as often as life allows. Best wishes for safe travels. This is a great time of year to enjoy...

So how high was your snow....

31 inches in eastern Loudoun County, Virginia (west of Washington, DC.). Fortunately no power outages. It's already melting, so the next issue could be flooding. It's been a wet winter; ready for some riding weather.

    Sway bar

Baja Ron's Sway Bar I just installed Ron's sway bar on my wife's 2014 RTL. Have to concur with the comments already made that the bike is more stable, tracks straighter, and feels more in control with the new sway bar. My objective for this install was very simple: I sought to make the bike...

    SPYDER RT LTD Insurance

Same Experience with Progressive Jumping in here late, but I experienced the same thing this year with Progressive. After insuring a BMW F800 and a Can-Am RTL for a year with Progressive, they increased my premium 25% at the renewal. Geico offered better coverage for almost 30% less than...
