• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    PARKING & SECURITY

Oh they have no problem with me having it on my back patio..only if I can get it there without driving it on the grass..apparently that wasn't an issue for 10+ yrs when I had my 2-wheelers back there and last year (which was the first year I had my Spyder)..it does say no driving on grass or...

    Fresh Cab Rodent Repellent

I'd use sticky traps if I could access the building more often than 1-2 times a month. If I place a couple of them around the bike and they are filled in a couple days, that leaves 3 weeks open until I can have access again and more mice not getting caught if traps are filled. I was thinking...

    Fresh Cab Rodent Repellent

At least you have 24hr access with a garage, let alone heated. I do not have that luxury and might be able to go over to the storage 1-2 times a month to check up on things and make my monthly payment. I guess I will just moth ball the crap out of it and stuff some dryer sheets in there along...

    Fresh Cab Rodent Repellent

Now that I secured a place for winter storage, I have heard many things in regards to mice/chipmunks, etc doing severe damage to motorcycles and the like in the winter (especially the electrical system). Since this is my first time needing to use a facility for winter storage (it is a large...

    Winter Storage, Insurance, Etc..

I have been relentlessly trying to find winter storage for my RT. I first tried 2 harley dealerships (known to have decent storage) and they both told me that their storage capacity has been cut down to half and they are not taking trikes/3-wheelers. Called every public storage within a 50...

How often do you use your Battery Tender, if you ride a lot ?

I just purchased my RT-S in June. Longest I have gone without riding her was 2 weeks when we had heat index's over 110. Started right up no issues. I also live in a townhome and the bike is parked on my cement patio out back with no electrical outlet for a tender. Also, a neighbor of mine...

    Storage Suggestions If No Garage...

UPDATE... I have been pleasantly surprised with the Nelson-Rigg full cover I purchased with no issues whatsoever..I did purchase 2 bungee cords to attach to the front where there are 2 grommets and that has helped tremendously when the wind picks up. I also used a suggestion that a fellow...

There are Dealers and there are dealers!

Isn't there a thread on here somewhere about some of the best/worst dealers? I have searched and for some reason cannot find it. Some of the GOS (Girls on Spyders) members have told me several times there is a thread on here. If found, can someone please post web address. Thanks!
