• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Phoenix Highway Pegs

Thanks Thank you Bob. Thats exactly what I will look into. I'm getting ready for a 4 day trip the end of June, and after my last trip to the mountains....I KNOW I have to fix this. The pain makes it not worth the trip.

    Phoenix Highway Pegs

I am a short gal and I have a 2013 RT Limited. My legs hurt like HELL on a long trip. Anything over 4 hours and I'm stopping every hour to walk. I have searched and searched for highway pegs that would work for me. The Rivco won't. Not high enough. I'm now looking at having custom pegs...

    Trip to the Blue Ridge

I just got home. What a fun week. My friend and I put our bikes on the Auto Train in Sanford Florida (my Spyder and her Drifter), unloaded in Lorton Virginia then rode to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We rode it all the way to Asheville, NC...then to the Tail of the Dragon and then home. Note...

    Vandalized!

Vandals I just picked up my 2013 RT Limited about an hour ago. My drivers side bag was scratched up this past Sunday. I have a custom paint job so I took it back to Brian Boan at Devil's Candy Custom in Daytona, and he buffed it out wonderful. I am so pleased. He doesn't think it was keyed...

Stopping people from messing with your spyder

Researching Well, a sign won't stop A$$wipes. One keyed my Spyder pretty bad yesterday. My friend has a beautiful new Victory and if you get too close, it 'alarms'. Short loud beeps and if you touch it, it goes off. I need to find something like that.

    Hard jerks when down shifts

Thanks Thank for all the replies. Of course it didn't happen at the dealer....BUT I had them change the oil, it was about time anyway...and guess what? It stopped surging forward and now shifts smooth as silk. I will now check the oil myself....but the mechanic told me to always check the oil...

    Hard jerks when down shifts

Thank you....I love my Viking chariot. It's so much fun. I'm putting it on the auto train in June and going from Sanford Florida to Lorton Virginia, then ride the Blue Ridge home...can't wait. Love my Spydee.

    Hard jerks when down shifts

I will have the oil checked and possibly changed tomorrow....I need to learn how to check it myself. The oil was changed about 2500 miles ago so it should be ok....but I'll find out.

    Hard jerks when down shifts

I was told to always shift between 5000 and 6000 rpm. I keep the rpms high....maybe too high. Will talk to the mechanic in the morning.

    Hard jerks when down shifts

Thanks to all I just took it out to wash it and it did it again. It is accelerating big time on the shifts....and this just started. It's going to the shop first thing in the morning.....funny thing is, once it warms up, it doesn't do it any more....it's smooth as silk both manual shift and...
