• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Givi top box installation

Yes, it removes from the max mount pretty easily with no tools required. It "does" take a bit of muscle, but no tools.

    Shad Side bag.

Just to offer the other view, quite happy with my Shad bag. More storage than I personally need, fit and finish are excellent for what it is, love that its easily removable for the majority of times that I don't need it.

    Freight and Handling charges!

$500 over sticker here all in (including taxes, registration, etc..)..... + 10% off of accessories and free installation (including free installation of the 2-up spring).

    Ryker throttle control tips

Also worth adding, because it catches so many new riders.... Always, always, always, look where you want to go... Always... If you're not familiar with the term, look up target fixation. If you panic in a turn and look where you "fear" you may end up, chances increase dramatically that you...

Custom Exhaust for your Ryker From RLS Exhaust

They included a link with the videos in the first post as well. Seeing the offerings isn't the issue, cell phone drive by videos just aren't terribly informative. From their site, its a little hard to tell, but seems like these may be just pipes with no muffler at all. He's asking for customer...

    Ryker throttle control tips

I was confused at first, but "think" I may see where you're going now... so I'll add a few comments for whatever they may be worth. First off, you shouldn't really be gripping overly tightly with either hand, but you DO need far more "pressure" than with a 2 wheel motorcycle since this isn't a...

Rally Rear Fender - Owners Thoughts? Experience so far?

Most of the Ryker is plastic.. Its not the same as a matte finish paint (Had a true matte finish on my Ducati Monster, gorgeous, but pain in the rear to keep clean and VERY easy to scratch). I haven't experienced any problems on plastics with that particular cleaner, but again, haven't tried...

Brake adjustment and a larger foot pad

Lift the foot peg (as if you were going to adjust it), then pull outward on the actual brake lever. While pulled out you will be able to rotate it into one of several positions, then push back in and lock the peg back in place. Can't help on the pad.

Rally Rear Fender - Owners Thoughts? Experience so far?

Haven't used it on the Ryker yet, but I'm a really big fan of this stuff when my cars don't need a true wash: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D8DR0AO/ Its pretty outstanding. It can also be mixed and used in a spray bottle for quick detailing, and I'll likely be using it on the Ryker as...

Custom Exhaust for your Ryker From RLS Exhaust

It does sound loud, but its always also really hard to tell with what seems to be audio on a cell phone video... Someone needs to do some side by side testing with stock vs custom, a real mic, and DB meter to validate and compare.. RLS Exhaust also seems to have gone silent since posting, so...

Rode the Ryker for the first time

Agreed it seems to LIVE for the fast turns... @rogue hawk, are you referring to having to muscle it through without power steering, or did you actually experience some form of handling problems? Make no doubt, you need to work this machine to get the most from it... I can certainly attack...

Did some inner state miles to day. Need a bigger windshield.

Decided to install the BRP one this weekend after much debate with myself (kind of prefer naked), and I actually quite like it in the low position. Its pretty unobtrusive and blocks more wind than I had expected. None of the factory accessories are inexpensive, but its well made and suits "my"...

Custom Exhaust for your Ryker From RLS Exhaust

If you want to send me one, I'd be happy to provide plenty of thoughts as well as high quality video and audio for all to enjoy. :ohyea:

    WOW 48 mpg!!

Isn't worrying about gas mileage on these somewhat an exercise in futility anyway? I mean, everyone rides differently uses different "modes", etc... Personally, unless 2-up I hit the button for Sport mode before I even release the brake, and so far its gotten me to the next gas station with a...

    WOW 48 mpg!!

Keep in mind that the Ryker has no power assist for steering. Those eggs are gonna break unless you keep a VERY sedate pace... Agree like any other road worthy vehicle, trail braking is important as well as powering out from the apex through exit of the turn. Biggest thing I'm finding...
