• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Dont change your own Oil if you want to keep your warranty!

How can I complain to customer service about customer service. I asked Alex if there was someone else I could speak with, because I was not very happy with the information he provided and he told me NO. He said he was the one, I was at the end of the line. He said he was telling me company...

Dont change your own Oil if you want to keep your warranty!

If the rep is a Bozo, then I want to hear from BRP. If they rep is a Bozo, then let someone from BRP say it. The law that everyone keeps referencing implies to me that it is not at their discretion. I am not a lawyer, but isn't the warranty a contractual agreement where BRP agrees to provide...

Dont change your own Oil if you want to keep your warranty!

I hope you are kidding. You are kidding about your response to me saying "I live in fear", and how you are suprised I ride. I "live in fear" of my wife noticing I bought another AR-15, but that doesn't mean I am afraid to go to the range. Or was that just a clever way to slight me, and...

Dont change your own Oil if you want to keep your warranty!

Bashing BRP I'm not bashing. But I am really angry and you can keep your sympathy. As far as I am concerned I made a deal with BRP. I am living up to my end and doing the service, (not to mention I paid for the bike), and when I was told that there is any possibility that they won't live up...

Dont change your own Oil if you want to keep your warranty!

You missed the point. There is only one issue of any concern to me, and you all seem to be missing it. The attitude and statement from BRP. I am an engineer and have been fixing my vehicles since college, and I leave out the details that have no bearing. But ... There is no more to the...

Dont change your own Oil if you want to keep your warranty!

I just got off the phone with Alex on BRP's customer support line. He made it very clear that he was telling me how it is, and if I don't like it, there is nothing I can do. He also told me very clearly, and I asked him to make sure I understood the following. If you change your own oil, or...
