• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Performance mods or scrap F3-S?

Agree with your message I agree completely with your point. I am a big guy who happens to love riding faster than most of the old geezers do. I'd love to find performance upgrades for this trike. If I could get a turbocharger or supercharger for this engine i'd jump on it. :banghead:

    Swing Arm Swap

Preferences I don't really care for the F3T. Strictly personal preference. Any idea what a swingarm costs?

    Swing Arm Swap

Does anyone know conclusively that a 2017 F3T swingarm will fit on a 2015 F3? I'd like to pull a trailer!

    Need Help Swapping UFit Settings

Best answer Zackly! Get your wife her own spyder. Those ufit systems are not designed for quick or frequent swaps.

    Carrying Concealed

Agree with this advice! Go rent several guns and see what you like. I carry a Ruger SP101. 5 shots, 357. Hurts to shoot but does the job well. Easily concealed and does not make me walk in circles. Best Wishes.

Interesting Perception of the Spyder in the MC Community

Waving I try to wave at other riders as we pass. If they don't wave back I assume they are busy holding onto the bars. Changing lanes, cornering, etc. I know I can't always wave for these very reasons. If it is any other reason that is their issue, not mine. Ride and enjoy.

Assistance finding quality technicians in the austin area

Coyote Powersports It is a ways from Austin but worth the trip. Coyote PowerSports in Boerne has been great. Brett in Parts and Rocky In service. Both have a great attitude and both will treat you right.

    Performance mods or scrap F3-S?

Your Decision Best wishes with your decision. I am a little disappointed with the speed of my new F3 too. I can live with the speed though as I don't go that fast any more...very often. I have not seen many engine hopups for the older spyders and don't expect much for mine. I am...

Is there a after market Rear shock for the F3 ?

Elka and Fox I went with the Elka Stage 4 rear to get around my size issues. After I sell the Fox shocks I will purchase the Elka stage 5 for the fronts. I have a brand new in the box Fox Podium shock set for sale. (Front set and rear). I am a large boy and the Fox didn't allow...

    Tie down points

CanAmChris - Reply I asked the question because I just purchased a F3S and will be hauling it. Given my engineering background I do not like a single point of failure in any system and would like to know if 2 straps on the back tire makes sense. I really like the hold down system in the...

    Tie down points

Vendor Superclamp is the vendor so it is expected that he will extoll the virtues of his product. I would too. The strap over the back tire makes sense to me. Is there a way to put 2 straps directly over the rear tire? I hate the thought of a single point of failure!

    F3 - Engine/frame side spash guard removal

Wet! I was riding in San Antonio during a rain storm and at a certain speed the tire and splash guard channeled the water right into the top of my boot. :roflblack: I will remove them when I get the trike back from the shop. ;)
