• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    warranty database

Does anyone know if BRP has a database that Spyder owners can access to look up the warranty expiration date? Thanks, Russ

    RT Rear Suspension Issues

the saga continues.... Now, our RTS has been in the shop for 45 days. The dealer changed the sensor for the air ride adjust - that didn't fix it. They say they did do the calibration procedure. They replaced the instrument cluster... again. That didn't fix it. They replaced the ECU - that...

    RT Rear Suspension Issues

Thank you very much for this info. I've passed it on to the dealer's service dept. Hopefully, if they do this check, it will resolve the issue and they can charge BRP instead of me. I just think it's too coincidental that the sensor went bad right after the cluster was changed.

    RT Rear Suspension Issues

I just spoke to the dealer again. They told me BRP will pay for the parts, but I have to cover labor, which is $200. I still don't get the feeling they did this recalibration of the suspension after the cluster was replaced. I asked them if they did, and was told there is a whole regimen of...

    RT Rear Suspension Issues

I have the exact issue with my 2010. But, my warranty ran out after the cluster was replaced, and I'm getting the orange "manual" display when I try the adjustment switch. The dealer's saying the sensor's bad and it's $350 to fix. I've asked them to call BRP and ask if they'll do anything as...

    suspension display shows orange

Took it in to the dealer to look at this issue and do the brake pin recall fix. They're telling me the sensor is bad for the air ride adjustment. Unfortunately, my warranty just ran out last month. I asked them to contact BRP to see if they will cover it as a goodwill gesture. I'm waiting to...

    suspension display shows orange

Thanks, I'm glad to hear that. I figured it was something the dealer failed to do when they replaced the cluster, but just wanted some peace of mind until I have a chance to get it back in. Appreciate the responses. Russ

    suspension display shows orange

I just discovered that when I adust the air suspension on my RTS that an orange field pops up in the display that says "manual" instead of the setting bar. I'm wondering if this could be because of the instrument cluster recently being replaced. The air pump is working as I can see the rear...

Post here if you have over 5000 miles, not kilometers on your Spyder

I just missed my opportunity also. I had 5800 mi. on mine and had to have the cluster changed because of the tach. I didn't know they gave out these pins or I would have taken a pic before it went to the shop. Russ

    dolly for rear tire

John, would you happen to know the stock number for that dolly? I went to the Home Depot website, and didn't see one for $10.

    dolly for rear tire

Great idea, but I'm curious about how you get it on there. Does it have locking wheels so you can drive it on or do you have to jack up the spyder?
