• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Moto Vlogging

Shawn is great! I actually watched all of his Spyder videos before buying. He does talk about a lot of equipment, but I wasn't able to gleen the specifics of all the equipment to get the system I described above? Is he on the forum by chance?

    Moto Vlogging

Wondering if anyone has any info on a complete system for moto vlogging and passenger communication all in one? I was thinking a GoPro coupledom Sena 20s. It appears that (with a Bluetooth adapter for the GoPro from Sena) this can be accomplished? Any thoughts/other options? Am I on the...

    Battery Tender Power Surge Protection

Thanks for all the responses. I installed a tender on my :spyder2: tonight (no surge protecter in the mix). I really didn't think it would be a problem, but didn't think it would hurt to get some other opinions. Given all the sensitive electrical components in everything today, just wanted to...

    Battery Tender Power Surge Protection

Maybe this has been addressed before (I did a quick search but didn't find anything...). Do you need to use a surge protector while using a battery tender? Does the tender itself act as a surge protector in the event of a power surge? Wouldn't want to electrocute my new arachnid!!!

My opinion - New 2014 RTS

I can only imagine the questions that will be asked! So far, I haven't gotten off anywhere to give anyone the chance! Can't wait for my first question!!

My opinion - New 2014 RTS

Ok...I have had the Spyder for a couple of weeks now and have ridden a handful of times (Ohio weather ). This machine is a blast to ride. Compared to a traditional motorcycle, the Spyder is much more comfortable and easy to operate (I have the semi-auto). The power is more than enough...

    REVERSE

I've experienced the same on my new 2014-RTS semi- auto. I found I wasn't following the correct order ( as mentioned above) and I don't think I was pressing squarely on the reverse button. No problem now!!

    Relief for passenger back pain?

My wife has a really bad back and found that the passenger back rest on my RTS causes her pain (no support for the lower back). I rolled up a towel and she put it behind her lower back against the backrest. She said this helped and that it might even be more comfortable that the passenger seat...
