• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ok so I have an oil question

Ugh, maybe that little doomaflahtchey that connects it to the dash bar is what drove the cost up. Oh well, I am sure we have all made purchases that we didn't truly research. It's all good.

Ok so I have an oil question

Col. I completely appreciate your advice but I did refer to the manual as I originally posted and saw no mention of where to add oil. Just the mention of the 50mL increments. Thanks for the help.

Ok so I have an oil question

Ok, so when I was installing my 12 v power supply I checked the oil. It is at the second bubble like was mentioned. I started the Spyder and the oil light stayed on for a second then it went away. I am planning on taking it to the dealer and have them look it over, via a trailer. Thanks for all...

It's installed Ok so I didn't get to take pictures. Totally forgot due to being flustered  for having to replace my drains in my kitchen sink so by the time I got to installing the 12v device I wasn't in the mood to grab my phone. But I can write up a quick how to: 1) Took the Dash mount...

Ok so I have an oil question

So I am a real newbie to motorcycles and Spyders. My oil light came on on my RT. I have 3200 miles on it. I know I need to get the oil serviced but the dealer I got it from is an hour and a half away. I don't have a trailer to get it there. Would it be recommended to get it serviced at a non-Can...

12v + Dual USB and RT Dash Mount

I was wondering if anyone has added the 12v Dual USB dash power to the JT's Spyder Store dash mount. I have one on order and am waiting for it to arrive. I plan on running it to the battery since it has an on/off toggle switch. I am very leery about pulling the panels off of my Spyder because...

    Lamonster Garage

Ok. So I have to vent a little bit. I just want to say how awesome Lamonster Garage is. I made a couple purchases from them and their customer service is simply amazing. I had a recent transaction with them and the order was missing an item. I immediately contacted them and told them of what had...

LaMonster FBB Highway Bracket & other pegs

So I installed my FBB brackets today. Here is the breakdown of the install: 1 hour in Home Depot debating about buying a new Makita angled drill which saved me $140 15 minutes clamping left side bracket to footboard and "guestimating" first hole (got lucky) by drilling from the top. Ended up...
