• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We are signed up - first time at the rally. Looking forward to the canyon rides and other Spyder riders. We'll be trailering from Colorado. Staying at the Travelodge. 2019 Spyder RT LTD - Battery dead - check DPS warning and multiple fault codes

An update to my post of yesterday. Spoke to the dealership this morning and they are not aware of a recall. Of course I have a problem they need to address, but no recall. I went back to the internet and tried to find what I had read and discussed here. No success. It seems I am spreading...

2019 Spyder RT LTD - Battery dead - check DPS warning and multiple fault codes

Howdy Silversurfer - my spyder is also a 2019 Rt Limited. Brought it home new in October. Rode it for a couple of short rides and stored it in the barn covered. I live in Colorado and we do get 'warmer' days in the winter, so about six weeks after storing the Spyder, down to the barn I went. It...

I finally spoke to the dealership. They installed the SAE plug directly to the battery and it has a 3amp fuse. Thanks again.

    BRP drivers back rest

As has been said the bracket does not go in straight up and down. i had to angle it to the rear. To know if I was engaging the bracket under the seat, I had the seat up some with one hand on the bracket (under the seat) and could feel the 'fork' of the backrest hitting the bracket. It did take a...

WOW. Longest and best post I have ever read. Thank you both for the pics and the narrative. Posts and suggestions from other members gave us a lot of great ideas. Very glad all went well, had no mechanical problems and you're home safe. Thanks again - roger

    New Colorado Ryders

Howdy holinka182, I just purchased my first spyder - a 2019 RT Limited asphalt grey. We live 5 miles north of Falcon. We will most likely go out on one of the nice winter days we get - we like to go for burgers. Getting together to ride sounds good. roger

    pulled the trigger

Congrats on the new ride. Hope you get at least one warm day to heat up the tires. Been lucky here in Colorado, just had a couple of high 50 degrees days - got the new RT out. That's coming to an end by Monday high in the low 20s. Congrats again - best of luck.

    why i purchased my spyder

our story is soooo similar Been riding two wheels my whole life (just hit 70 years young). Have had many bikes the favorite was the Valkyrie. We rode that together many times especially for our "burger dates". But it was getting too heavy and I wasn't comfortable two up. It was replaced with...
