• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2014 RSS parking brake won't release

    Well, sometimes I get lucky! I had the left side panel off for some service. I noticed the brake ratchet had a pivot pin. Squirted it with some silicone lubricant and WaLa! problem solved. I would post a picture but don't know how.

    Thanks I have no problem opening the frunk. I'm trying to reattach the cable to the ignition switch. But I have been thinking about adding the optional release. How did you hide yours, so you maintain a level of security for the frunk contents? Thanks,

    I'm not sure how the thing operates. But if it's anything like a spring operated hose reel then it feels like the dawg isn't releasing when I press down on the pedal. The brake engages after a few clicks as it should. But when I press for release, I can feel the spring pressing back at me but...

    Hot left leg, 2014 RSS

    We just acquired this 2014 RSS. My wife is getting burned on the calf of her left leg just above her boot. And she wears leather chaps. Any body have a suggestion on what might cause this? We are riding in Arizona and the ambient temp is above 100deg. Also these are 100mile rides. Takes a while...

    I have a 2014 RSS. I'm looking to raise the steering handle bars. It sounds like I will need to replace the handlebar with something from a RT. I live in Phoenix Arizona. Does anyone know of a shop in this area that would be willing to do a mod like this?
