• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What do I do for 2010 RSS code retrieval?

I edited with an update. :) I wound up taking it to a stealership. It was the only way to clear the codes. 2 hours and $333 later, it's doing ok. I still have to address the low rpm 1st gear transmission shudder. Onwards and upwards.

Error codes C0051 and P2545 - trying to clear with Candoo - is it able to?

The battery has been replaced. I took it for a ride. It won't come out of limp mode. P.a.r.t.y. My 2008 with 32k runs perfect. This 2010 RSS is troublesome at 12k.

Any place in NE Georgia with BUDS that's not a dealer? Need Codes & Brakes sorted... Is there a shop that anyone knows of in NE Ga with buds that's not a stealership? I need to get some codes cleared and brakes bled.

What do I do for 2010 RSS code retrieval?

New battery. Went for a test ride. Got a new code. Yay me. Now we have 4. OC1282 (brake pressure) C0051 (steering angle) P2545 (speed sensor) U0122 (communication loss). We'll have to visit a stealership now. U honestly believe this all comes from the battery (except for the brake code)...

Error codes C0051 and P2545 - trying to clear with Candoo - is it able to?

Did you resolve this? I got both these codes and found my battery terminals loose. The battery was also bad. I have replaced it but have not take it for a drive yet.

What do I do for 2010 RSS code retrieval?

2010 Spyder RSS multiple codes arrrggg!! Me again!! Sooo... I only had code OC1282 (Brake pressure). I took it for a short ride and got limp mode "V55 check DPS. I pulled the codes and now I have C0051 and D2545. From my research here, it could be a power issue. I found the battery to have...

2010 RSS with belt noise - will adjusting the back adjust the belt front pulley too?

So the pulley was shot. I ordered by part number and apparently got an upgraded pulley. It has flanges on both sides. It also came with a spacer. Does the spacer go inside the pulley between it and the engine or outside between the washer and the pulley? Also, the part # side on the pulley goes...

What do I do for 2010 RSS code retrieval?

Thank you! I got a OC 1282 (Low pressure). It won't reset (new brakes, bled the lines and the antolock unit). Next step is testing the fluid. It won't reset. This spyder had this issue when I picked it up.

What do I do for 2010 RSS code retrieval?

I know I've asked quite a few questions, but can you pull codes on a 2010 RSS by pressing the mode/start/blinker cancel buttons? When mine are pressed, I just get the options to change to kilometers and Celsius. I know it has brake codes that won't reset. EDIT: I wound up taking it to a...

2010 RSS with belt noise - will adjusting the back adjust the belt front pulley too?

That's odd. My other spyder came with the pulley on it the same way as well. Very possible though.

2010 RSS with belt noise - will adjusting the back adjust the belt front pulley too?

It was ridden about 100 yards forward. That's it.

2010 RSS with belt noise - will adjusting the back adjust the belt front pulley too?

I just picked up a 2010 spyder RSS. I noticed a belt noise. When I looked I saw this (see pics). My question is, will adjusting the belt in the back move the belt on the front pulley back in place as well?
