• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Fuel Gauge & Miles to Empty Stuck - any ideas on fix?

I bought my Ryker last Thanksgiving and realized early on the fuel gauge was not accurate. I liked using the miles to empty feature, giving what I considered a more accurate idea on when to refuel. When the local dealer replaced my fuel pump assembly on factory recall, that feature stopped...

Potential Ryker Buyer - concerned about the Understeer? Any ideas?

"Slow is smooth and smooth is fast" Long time motorcyclist here, I was perusing motorcycles on craigslist just before Thanksgiving and noticed a 2021 Ryker Rally at a local dealership at a ridiculously low price. The day before Thanksgiving I took a fast test ride in their parking lot and I...

New Can Am Ryker exhaust - The RLS Exhaust Sidekick Series!

sounds great, on somebody else's... LOL I put a 2 Bros on my DL000 one summer. Loved it for short rides, went on a two week trip, it came off when I got home. Too loud. but that's just me.

MY '21/'22 Production Ryker Fuel pump recall; + some '19-'24 replacements!

Update: After the dealer replaced the fuel pump for the recall the "miles to empty" function stopped working properly. Prior to the replacement I'd use that display to know when to refuel rather than depending on the fuel gauge. I rode to Crescent City, Ca last Saturday filling up 3 times for...

Is there a way to mount a luggage rack behind the Ryker's solo seat?

Maybe he's talking about this seat from the Can Am catalog. It's longer than the stock or comfort seat and would not allow the rack to mount behind it ? I put the comfort seat on my Rally and am happy with it, but I also sit pretty far back on it.

    What GPS are you using?

A couple years ago I bought the Zumo 396 from these guys for $250 or $300. I'm frugal... it was good enough then and still is. I also bought the cheapest Sena headset for my helmet ($80) for in the helmet directions from it, invaluable when traveling in a large city while on the busy freeway...

MY '21/'22 Production Ryker Fuel pump recall; + some '19-'24 replacements!

I brought mine into the dealer in Medford, Or. this morning. They've looked at several Rykers the last couple weeks, mine being the first they've found in need of replacement. It's in the garage until they can get the parts they need.

Are the Ultimate seats a good buy?

Most manufacturers seem to cut costs on the stock seat to keep bike prices down. The stock seats are fine for short rides but torture for me on trips of hundreds of miles/day for a week or more. My wife will only ride on a Russel Day Long seat now. Our first was on a 2003 Suzuki LC1500, we did...

    No Competition for Can Am

The Vrod gas tank is under the seat, what looks like a gas tank holds electronics and air filter. Our 2004 Suzuki LC1500 was the same, it had a 4 gallon tank under the seat. My wife and I rode US 50 across Nevada on that LC, with 4 gallons at @ 38 mpg I was worried about making it from gas...

    Where are you in Oregon???

My wife and I live between Medford and Jacksonville in southern Oregon. I've ridden two wheelers for decades, having 4 different Suzuki Vstroms and usually one other bike in the garage for something different the last 20 + years. I sold my Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor last summer, and noticed...

My new Daylong saddle by Russell

I live @ 150 miles north of their shop, I've done ride in one day fittings and ordered online with pictures, they've all been great seats. IF you're going to keep the bike for a while and put in long days they are well worth the money in my opinion over a $300- $400 dollar off the shelf...

    Black Friday shopping

Nice ! New guy here, I just picked up a 2021 Ryker Rally the day before Thanksgiving at a dealer here in Oregon. It had the passenger seat and folding backrest on it, I got online and ordered the Adventure windshield, handguard wind deflectors, larger brake pedal, rider back rest, Shad...
