• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyder is REALLY different - tried test ride, barely made it out of the dealer's lot

New rider Most people do take some time to get comfortable with a Spyder. i did not, but I was also a ATV Instructor with a lot of time on them. I got my first one at 72 after many, many many miles on two wheels. I kept my two wheel, ST110 for almost three years, however around a thousand the...

    Trailer hitch

Hitch I believe the actual hitch is the same, but the wiring is different so they have different part numbers. Wiring is the big concern for a Spyder hitch Oldmanzues

    After Purchase Purchases

Try on in store, buy online.........then soon no more stores for anything. a few bucks more in store might result in a lot of nice talk when a problem comes up. I know a lot will disagree with this, but if a store does not make money, it goes out of business

    Color Dilemma

Some will put on the end of the line for service. If you do not do business with a local dealer. they may not be around when you need them. I firml;y believe in having a nice friendly relationship them, so you can go in and ask questions without paying for them

    Flag

Hint "Fray edge" is a seam sealer, I get mine at Wal Mart, others probably would do. test a small place, then if okay soak the "trailing edge" and let dry. A good quality flag will last a while, probably around 3,000 on y ll x 14 niches, a thousand or so on 3 foot by 5 foots, which is used on...

    First Time Without a Helmet

A long time ago, I was told dress for the crash, not the ride. or as one lady said, I would rather sweat then bled. Personal choice. Racing crashes proved safety gear for me works. Oldmanzues

    Getting Licensed

Second on taking a class if they can handle a two wheeler or even just for the knowledge of motorcycling, if they can not. I see no problem with getting three wheel only endorsement if that is all you are going to ride. No class, get out the owners manual, at least my 2010RT had a great section...
