• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2010 Spyder won’t start! Got a new battery and put it in, everything looks normal, but only clicks once! Any Help?

Yep, lots of places say the battery will be charged. Famous words from sellers. You Need to fully charge a battery before using them. Spyders take a lot of juice to fire them up. So yep, charge it good. Then I bet it will start right up.

Did you put your new battery on a charger and charge it to full? Clean your cable ends too? That's all I can think of.

Cannot get F3 radio - am I doing something wrong?

I'm not positive, but I don't think a base model F3 has a radio built into it.

My Motohorn died on me this weekend

I bought a package of 2 Wolo Bad boy Air Horns on Amazon for $50 dollars a few yrs back. They make a good noise and they're still going strong. I see they now cost more than that for 1. Auto part stores carry them too, I've seen. Just a thought.

    Ride to Grand Coulie Dam

Yesterday, loaded up Spyder and me and the wife headed up to Grand Coulie Dam. Took off up the Yakima River Canyon to Ellensburg. Then onto the freeway heading East to just past George then headed North towards the dam. Went thru a couple of little towns, along a couple of lakes that're in the...

Had to wear Gloves for Can Am riding course - Do you wear gloves? Why? Or why not?

I wear a pair of gloves all the time when riding. Bugs and little rocks kicked up hurt a lot worse with no gloves on. I wear a pair of gloves I got back in '04 at a motorcycle show in Seattle. They are deerskin gloves with a little thinsulate insulation in them. I wear them in the summer and...

Over White Pass, back Snoqualmie Pass

Friday morning I told the wife, "get ready if you want to go on a ride". Got the Spyder out of the shed, dusted it off, loaded it up, and away we went. Left Yakima WA. headed West on Hwy 12 to White Pass. People were skiing and snowboarding at the top of the pass. Drove on over to Morton and...

    Yakima to Stevenson

Left Yakima around 10:30 am today and headed down Hwy 97 South. Stopped in Goldendale, had a doughnut and coffee. Went on down to the Columbia River, staying on the Wa. side, Hwy 14. Got to Stevenson and pulled into what used to be a Chevron Station that's now changing over to Sinclair gas. The...

I Killed My Battery - left it on a tender... New battery awaiting collection!

I ride my Spyder to Pro Caliber in Vancover WA from Yakima WA. I ask for Shawn to work on it when I make the appointment. It's a good ride to enjoy on the way there and back.

How Long did BRP take to contact you after your Spyder purchase, if at all??

Well, as far as me and the wife can remember, I've bought 3 Spyders, and I haven't received anything from BRP saying thanks for buying your Spyders. Like others, nothing from BRP. I havent lost any sleep over it.
