• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    2012 RSS Help

I got the Spyder back on Friday. They said the bolt from the arm to the transmission had fallen out. They replaced the bolt and put locktite on it and now switches gears. Simple fix, but it could have been anything.

    2012 RSS Help

Dealership just picked up the wife's Spyder this afternoon. I will let you guys know what the verdict is when I get it. Told the service manager that I think it might be the throttle body boots due to the bogging or shifting solenoids. He said he just had to replace some on a different Spyder...

    2012 RSS Help

Last year the wife was having trouble shifting into gears and got an error check transmission scroll. Sent it to the dealer and they replaced the transmission switch housing module. I think that's what it is called. Well since then it's been running fine until today. When you start it, it won't...

    How much is your registration?

Mine is $18.00 a year or $36.00 for two years. I have an extra Disabled Veteran plate that I could use and get free registration for life, but I might use it on a automobile.

    F3's are like unicorms

    RS VS F3 cornering speed?!

I've got both, I think the F3 is faster around curves, because you feel more secure. The RS, you sit on top of it and the force is trying to knock you off of it. The F3 you sit more in to it in regards to seating positions. Just my .02

Read the do's and dont's thread thoroughly. You will learn a lot about the shifting through the RPMs.

Thinking of trading my 2011 RT in on an F3 - any heat issues with them?

I have a F3S and live in New Mexico. My daily commute is 70 miles and it has been 100+ degrees here. My left foot gets hot, but not as bad as with the RSS. My left foot faces the sun and it could be from that and the heat from the pavement, but it's not being blown on it.

Accessory 12V Plug on the F3

Lamonster F3 Power Plate I used the Lamonster F3 Power Plate 12v and USB plug. It's easy, no drilling, and he has a video on how to install. I also installed the 12v accesory plug under the passenger seat. http://www.lamonstergarage.com/lamonster-f3-power-plate/
