• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How do I get the Rear brake piston to retract?

Thanks, I also looked for Ron’s brake tool but didn’t find it either or I would have bought one, it looks good and I’m a tool junkie.

How do I get the Rear brake piston to retract?

Success! Thanks to all who responded. I ended up making a fixture by drilling a couple holes in a 7/8” wrench size nut and brazing pins into them. Then I made a cup that fit on a 'c-clamp' and brazed that onto the nut. The 'c-clamp' then goes on the caliper, and I used a wrench to turn it with...

How do I get the Rear brake piston to retract?

On my 2015 F3s the rear brake puck won’t retract. I operated the park brake lever a little like the manual said but it doesn’t retract. Plenty of room in the reservoir for brake return fluid. Anybody got any advice? I tried the search but had no luck. I’m in the process of changing pads along...

I did a search here and learned it’s a wheel speed difference that set it off and I just need to ride it gently and it should reset itself Good knowledge base here, thanks! To the original poster, how is yours going?

I don’t think it was a recall, what I read here was some dealers don’t acknowledge there is a problem with the old pulley. My new to me F3 S got hard to push so I noticed the dreaded red rust in the front pulley. The old pulley inside flange was separated and just rattling loose.I replaced it...

    F3S SM6 pre buy questions

Sunday I’m going to look at and hopefully buy a 2015 F3S SM6 with 9500 miles on it. It looks good in the pics and I sense he is a good guy. What should I look at and how do I tell if it has had any software updates? I am aware of the front sprocket issue. Can I visually see it without taking...
