• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Saskatoon Ride for Dad on June 15

I would like to do this ride, but I need to get more info, I live in Humboldt, so can I join the ride in progress? Which way does it run ? Clockwise or counter clockwise? I have to do some searching.

    RT aftermarket trailer hitch

I did the same after the module failed after 15 minutes and the dealer would not replace it under warranty. So far I have 5000km on my Aluma MCT and would not trade it even-up for a BRP 622.

If I had designed the Spyder

Changes that I would like to see 1. Spin on oil filters. 2. Reroute the front cylinder exhaust pipe. This would allow for a cooler engine compartment, larger fuel tank, and 'maybe' a better location for the battery. Doable?? I don't know.

Oil Change instruction from BRP including Torque information !

Stripped allen head bolt Roughly twenty years ago my son was removing the cylinder head on his car. He rounded out an allen bolt. He bought a new bolt and using a drill bit the same size as the shank he drilled (removed) the stripped head. He then lifted the head from the motor and turned the...

How do I disassemble the RT mirror housings?

I installed mirror LEDs yesterday I took a few minutes to look at the surface of the housing that meets with the main body of my RTS. There are 3 clip areas. These clips look like half arrow heads. One for the coloured piece and two for the lower black. I used a screwdriver to release the clip...

Spyder wreck in Central Ohio Monday

Looks like a "V" shaped ditch Does not look like a 'safe' ditch to take if you had to dodge something.

    Couple of questions...

Apartment dweller here also I also cover mine every night. What I wonder is how long the stitching on the seat will last if it is exposed to rain? Covering also stops kids and others from climbing and sitting on it. Covering doesn't take long with the design of the storage bag.

Interesting buy for a Spyder project

If I won the lottery....... I would like to try 1. Relocate the battery 2. Move the front exhaust pipe down and underneath the engine 3. Enlarge the gas tank Of course, I won't hold my breath waiting for it to happen.

Has anyone given their Spyder a "Name"???

We call our RTS "Pat" because we picked it up on St. Patricks Day.

    Loading Spyder into Toy Hauler

No slip paint I made some plywood ramps and needed an anti slip surface. So I took some sand and sifted it through some window screen. Then i washed the dirt out of the sand, and added about a cup of it to a quart of latex paint. This worked well.

    Stripe ideas

A person could try out various ideas with masking tape. Then photograph the best before getting the real tape or paint.

There is a name for it...

I get rid of mine when the ash trays get full. Fortunately the Spider does not have that problem.
