• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Fault Code P0707 ???

I agree, the fix for mine seemed to be the gear position sensor. I on the other hand have cut all ties with the dealer I had working on the bike, before I did something stupid Id regret. ProPowersports of Conroe, TX = Idiots.

    Can am Spyder RS handbrake

First, I agree that its a bit pricey. Second, I bought one for my 08 GS as I have issues with my feet and ankles. It does what it was designed to do, and does it well. Install was EASY!, as the R&D that went into making the bracket, custom slave cylinder, etc was invaluable! If you dont need...

    What would you do?

I believe TX is the same, but you have to ask for the parts. And Im sure in the case of wipers, theyve got a shredded pair or two lyin around they could hand me. I certainly would press the issue and without FAST resolution, would never use them again!

    Brake failure

Double check your fluid quantities in the resevoirs under the seat. I was getting regular brake failure lights for awhile, and it seemed the fluid was transferring very slowly from one resevoir to the other, probably through the portioning valve system. I was able to get where I needed to go a...

    Gremlin bell

I like this reason for a bell better. POLISHING THE RIDE BELL It has been tradition among some of us for a long time to attach a brass bell to our left swingarm to remember our Brothers & Sisters who have gone down riding. It's a small thing, but the reason a brass bell is chosen is that...

    I got stung

The only exposed skin when I ride is the small gap at the top of my collar where the zipper stops. A couple weeks ago, a bee decided to dive bomb that exact spot, which just happens to be my adams apple. It got me right there! Luckily I had an antihistamine and took it, with no horrible...
