• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    How much tire wear left?

tire wear That's about when I replaced mine. Only had 6400 miles on it but I'm pretty safety conscious and it wasn't worth pushing out the extra 1000 miles or so to me. Plus I didn't want to replace it during the summer riding season if I could help it.

    Gas mileage 2013 ST

fuel consumption My fuel consumption greatly varies and seems dependent on my riding style as you would expect. I've gotten as low as 30 and as high as 40 mpg. The lower mileage is when I'm on the throttle a lot or higher interstate speeds. While in Texas loaded and cruising 80-85 I only got...

Gas mileage on Saturday, Pinch me

mileage I've been very surprised with the gas mileage on my 2104 RS and have gotten 30-32 a few times but usually 34-36 with one 40- mpg. The lower mpg is with interstate riding in hot weather. I use premium grade as suggested in the manual and ride at lower rpm than a lot of Spyder riders...

Moto-Blog / Vblog: Biggest fear is being rear ended. What would you do?

trying to stay safe I'm constantly looking for a place to go should an emergency occur. You know this is not always possible. At times there is just simply not a space or if you leave space in front of you someone cuts into it. I find it a little more difficult to always have a place to go on...

Hard knock when placed in Reverse

"Clunk" Mine does it, I've read somewhere that maybe full synthetic oil helps and will consider that at next service. Guess the clunk is normal but if I could change one thing about my Spyder it would be that, it makes me cringe every time!
