• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    JayBros: I read above post by DSSpyder about HIFLO 556 oil filter not being certified for 2015 spyder RTS. I have a spyder 2015 RTS and was sent from Ebay a HIFLO 556 oil filter. When I look at the HIFLO website, the 556 filter is not listed for use on the can am spyder. Any thoughts? James Clark

    JASO MA1 verses JASO MA2 This is from reading information on the internet. JASO MA1 oil is good to run in wet clutch motorcycles. JASO MA2 oil is compatible with catalytic converters. I believe the 1330 ace engine has a pre-muffler box, but not a catalytic converter.

    I have a 2015 Spyder RT SE6 1330 cc engine with 700 miles. Can BRP cancel warranty for using Amsoil 10w40 or Mobil 10w40 synthetic motorcycle oil. I live in South Texas and the temperature rarely goes to freezing 32 degrees F.? :f_spider:
