• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

M2 shocks vs Elka stage 5 vs KYB

I have set of Elka stage 4 shocks installed on my Rally. The trike’s ride has transformed significantly, like day and night. I think that stage 5 is an overkill. Riding fast on paved or unpaved uneven surface roads improves by miles. Comunication with John from Elka was smooth and informative.

    Swaybar on the Rally Edition

Would appreciate some review on Bajaron’s new sway bar riding Ryker on rough roads. From pictures the swaybar looks twice the diameter and a lot stiffer than original rally upgrade bar. I am not so sure about very stiff sway bar on rough roads.

Yes, you need to lift one front side up or lift the whole front. Then it is easy to djust by hands, no tools needed.

    Swaybar on the Rally Edition

Yes it does improve handling. Much easier cornering and stability when overtaking. I also swapped plastic end links to aluminum ************. Worth while. Get one.

    Suspension

I have a Rally edition with red sway-bar and aluminum end links. Front shocks at 3rd setting (changed to 4 today, have not tried yet). Stock shocks are not automatically bad. On a smooth road at settled speeds basic KYBs are fine, but going 45-50 mph and above on a rough and wobbly road (hard...

It seams that at the moment there are no aftermarket performance shocks available for the Rally. FOX† Performance Series Front & Rear sold via BRP are not fit for Rally. Could not find info not on FOX nor Elka shocks. I am looking to improve high speed bad road handling. Does anybody have some...

    Why the Ryker feels "Fast"

For me real life accelerstion from roll on is more important than 0-60. From 30-90 the Ryker us just a lot of fun and blast for overtaking. Ryker is just so much more engaging machine

    Wheels falling off?

In this video Smoak clearly shows the Ryker wheel assembly and how its put together. Did you notice how easy the lug nut safety pin came off? BRP could make the safety pin a bit more rigid. https://youtu.be/SFs5t95pL2k If torqued properly and safety pin stays in place, the lug nut will not...

    Why the Ryker feels "Fast"

Power to weight ratios for Ryker and Spyder are similar, so 0-60 times should be similar as well – around 5 seconds depending on riders weight. Due to CVT traying all the time to stay in the optimal torque range, roll-on/mid speed acceleration also is and feels fast. Max speed runs out around...
