• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What do you think of the 'New for 2025 - Spyder Canyon'?

When I see this thing do half the TAT or TET, then I'll consider this an offroad bike. Sorry, jmo......

Where do you store your Cell phone??

Good Question!! Mine is mounted on my handlebars with a ram mount and an X-grip. I have mine plugged into the USB in the glove box. I can either listen thru the helmets or thru the speakers. I have a Waterproof case for my Samsung.

So many complaints about the Spyders. Anyone with no problems?

I've had a 2012 RTS, 2014 RTL, 2020 RTL, and a new 2024 RTL. Warranty stuff!! Otherwise, basic maintenance and over 150,000 miles. They work pretty good IMHO..:thumbup:

What should I look for in a mesh jacket? Any Pros & Cons?

Been using Sedici for about 8 years. Also comes with quilted and water resistant liner. Price is right also:thumbup:

Looking at Running/Fog Lights - Which do you recommend? Which LED & Fog Light kit?

You can also take a look on E Bay. I found a set of 3-inch PIAAs for under $200.00 which are quite revealing in the PM hours. Also, PIAA is a very reliable Manufacturer. Just a thought. :2thumbs:

What does your dealer charge for a rear tire replacement? This much??

Caswells is your best bet up in Mora. I've taken my Spyders there since 2012. Just bought a new 24 there. They're good people with a good shop. Excellent mechanics also. Call 'em up and make an appointment or just ride up and find out. I recommend them wholeheartedly... Grandpa Pete.

Any ideas to dim bright Headlights in the mirrors?

If you can find somebody near you that does vinyl graphics or window tinting, see if they can come up with something you can use. Just a thought...

Anyone heard any Rumors on 2024 Spyders, All models?

I heard while I was napping that there's gonna be a drive shaft option on the 24RTL which would handle the TDI motor....Maybe?????

What year/model Spyders will take a 2014 RTL luggage rollerbag?

    Fault code P0340

I had the same problem on my 2014 RTL in Montana a few years back. I could get it to run for maybe a 1/2 mile or 2 and then POOF. Same Code. Except, mine would roll over but never fire. Can your dealer order it or check elsewhere for inventory. Good Luck. I hope it makes it to the dealer/garage...

When and where was the first time you rode a Can-Am tryke ??

My first Went to the Progressive Moto Show in Mpls. met a bunch of folks who rode out of Caswell's Cycle. Bought my 2012 RTS 2 weeks later. Then was the 2014 RTL and then the 2020 RTL.:yes::yes:
