• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Trouble free spyders

I have had two Spyders. A 2008GS and a 2012 RTS. Over 20,000 miles and only one problem that I had to go to the dealer. Under warranty, spent one night in the shop and no charge. I will buy my third Spyder next year.

Great quality and service at ISCI

At Spyderfest I purchased the ISCI handbrake. Although I have total of over 25,000 miles on both of my Spyders I still occasionally reached for the handbrake which wasn't there. As I am getting up there in years I felt that for me it was a safety issue. The handbrake I purchased is of the...

Laser Alignment well worth the time

I just got back from Lamont and Harvey doing alignments in Birmingham Alabama. I had 10,600 miles on my 2012 RTS (my second Spyder) and felt it was set up correctly from the factory. I did a 6,300 mile trip this summer and was really happy with the way the bike preformed. I can say with out a...

    Touring with an "08" GS

In 2011, I did a 3,600 mile trip in 6 days on my 2008 GS. I had most of the Spyder Pops aftermarket products installed and had a pair of soft saddle bags. I did 1,160 in one day with no issues.

Calling all spyderlovers: to Spyder?, or not to Spyder?: that is the question

I have been a member for years but like you seldom post. I have owned 2 Spyders, a 2008 GS and a 2012 RTS. Last month I went on an 11 day, 6,300 mile trip by myself. I had no issues and no hesitation to take the trip. Both of my spyders have had very few issues. I do read all of the issues...
