• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I've had my Madstad for about 3 weeks or so now. The shield doesn't move at all. I believe it has the updated brackets.

    Need Helmet defogger...

    The key to keeping your shield from fogging in the cold is a two part issue. You need a double pane shield, like pin lock, and you also need to get the exhaled air out of the helmet and away from the shield. As a snowmobiler, my sled helmet has a double lens as well as a fighter pilot style...

    Some pix of the new Madstad mount Here you go. I looked at some older pictures and the mount looks similar. This setup doesn't move at all, even up to 90 mph. Sorry the photos are sideways, don't know why that happened.

    second this I have the Madstad with the new brackets and it is very solid. The adjust-ability is priceless because you can tailor it to your height and wind preference. Price is reasonable. Just call and tell them your height and they will send you what you need. They make smaller versions...

    F3 died out

    Mine went in after only 100 miles with a "service transmission " error code. I believe I saw the "e" on the display as well. Dealer said there was a brp bulletin about the issue. My engine never cut off though. Hope this helps and good luck.
