• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Big blue lift for can am ryker

Before the wheels can be removed they are locked in place (Slot on back of wheel) with a long allen key (wrench). This keeps the wheel from moving.

Big blue lift for can am ryker

For safety reasons you have three (3) choices when using the Big Blue Lift (or floor jack ) during Ryker wheel removal. 1) If you are using a breaker bar or OLD torque wrench loosen the wheel nuts (not remove) before lifting. 2) If you are using a impact wrench you can loosen the wheel nut and...

Big blue lift for can am ryker

Before I became a member of the forum I saw a discussion (debate) on the best way to lift the Ryker for maintenance. I think the Big Blue lift is the way to go for the following reasons 1. It gets you off your hands and knees taking the strain off your back. You can remove wheels change oil...

Thinking about Dynojet PowerVision 3 PV3 Flash Tuner Can-Am Ryker 900 RPS High Perfor

I have the Power Vision3 pre-installed performance map and K+N air filter installed in my Ryker Rally. There is a big difference in power delivery across the rev range. With (according to the seat of my pants) a two stroke power band type kick at top of the rev range. On a side note there is...

Axle Plug and Rust treatment Information for Can Am Ryker

I tried to attach pictures of the axle plugs on the wheels but failed. Maybe I will get it right this time. There is also a cap you can make to attach to the plug. The caps are hard sliders used for tables and chairs etc. You have to remove the backing from the back of the slider and replace it...

Axle Plug and Rust treatment Information for Can Am Ryker

This is my first time posting something so please forgive any mistakes. Home Depot sells plugs (Stoppers) that fit into the Ryker front and rear axles. The brand name is Everbilt. For the front wheels you will need part number 755 651 (1-7/16 in x 1-3/16 in). This for the outside. For the inside...
